By using DothaLeads you agree to these Terms. Our service is for B2B use only.
1. Service
DothaLeads, operated by Dothamina.ai (Spain), provides verified B2B contact data and buying signals for sales and marketing.
2. Permitted Use
- B2B sales prospecting and outreach
- Business development
- Market research
- B2B recruiting
3. Prohibited Use
- Consumer (B2C) marketing
- Harassment or harm to individuals
- Reselling or redistributing data without written consent
- Building competing data products
- Violating anti-spam laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL)
- Contacting opted-out individuals
4. Your Compliance Obligations
As data controller for your use of our data, you are responsible for complying with applicable laws, honouring opt-outs immediately, and including required legal notices in communications.
5. DPA
A Data Processing Agreement is incorporated into these Terms. See dothaleads.com/dpa.
6. Payment
- Billed monthly or annually as selected
- Prices exclude VAT where applicable
- Auto-renews unless cancelled before renewal date
- 7-day refund for new purchases if specs not met
7. Data Accuracy
We target 94%+ email deliverability. If a batch falls below this, we provide replacement leads.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
Spanish law. Disputes resolved in courts of Barcelona, Spain.
